The U.S. Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), in coordination with the Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI), awarded Cybermedia Technologies Inc. (CTEC), a small business prime on the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support information technology services requirements worldwide. Including option periods, the $12.1 billion contract is expected to be the Army’s preferred IT-related services vehicle and may be utilized by the DoD and other Federal agencies for up to nine years.
The ITES-3S contract is the Army’s preferred source for the purchase of a full range of IT services and solutions which includes but is not limited to the following Task Areas: Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Information Systems Security, Information Assurance, Information Technology Services, (CAD/CAE/CAM), Development, Software/Middleware Development, Enterprise Design Integration and Consolidation, Education/Training, Program/Project Management, Systems Operation and Maintenance and Network Support.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) awarded CTEC a contract to compete for a range of information technology task orders in support of DLA and other Defense Department agencies. DLA awarded the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract through a competitive procurement process and will obligate defense working capital funds from fiscal 2017 through 2025 upon the award of task orders. The DLA J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) acquisition vehicle covers 21 IT, technical and management task areas in support of the agency’s information operations office, program offices and other DoD agencies. These task areas include network and telecommunications, information assurance, sustainment and maintenance, configuration management, enterprise data strategy, systems engineering, test and documentation, virtual workforce training, financial budget and IT audit readiness support services.

The 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a small business set-aside contract that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. The GWAC provides Federal agencies with customized IT services and IT services-based solutions, both commercial and non-commercial. The primary NAICS for 8(a) STARS III is 541512 (computer systems design services). The Department of Defense (DoD) JAIC was established in 2018 to be the focal point of the DoD Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy. CTEC is excited to help accelerate scaling AI and its impact by utilizing our Innovation Center of Excellence in Cyber and Cloud Operations iCYCLOPSTM. Our lab provides an environment to identify appropriate use cases for AI, rapidly pilot solutions, and scale impact across DoD.
