Kay Ramesh

Kay Ramesh, President and CEO

Ms. Kay Ramesh is a U.S. Citizen who is a highly qualified and very accomplished business development manager with more than 12 years of technical and management experience. Ms. Ramesh holds an M.B.A. from R.H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park; an M.S. in Information Systems with Distinction, George Mason University; and a B.S. in Electrical Communication Engineering. Ms. Ramesh has also served as the Director for the Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council (VMSDC) working with the major corporations in Northern Virginia including Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Booz Allen Hamilton, CSC, Exxon Mobil, and SunTrust. She also worked to promote small businesses and create subcontracting opportunities in Northern Virginia.

Raj Ramesh

Raj Ramesh, Executive Vice President

Mr. Ramesh is a U.S. Citizen with 17 years of management, information technology and software product development experience. Mr. Ramesh provides vision, strategic direction, technology partnerships, product architecture, business process analysis, tools evaluation, and software design/development for CTEC. Mr. Ramesh's areas of technical expertise include: Enterprise Database Systems/e-Learning Systems, Data Warehousing and Very Large Database Systems (VLDB), Web-based Collaborative e-Learning Systems, Enterprise Architectures, and Portals and CRM. Mr. Ramesh has held senior positions at Bearing Point, Anteon, and Harris Corporation.

Tiffanye Phillips

Tiffanye Phillips, Recruiting Manager

Ms. Phillips moved to Northern Virginia in 2008 from Richmond, VA, where she was born and raised. Ms. Phillips has a BA degree from Virginia State University, where she graduated with honors. She brings to CTEC over 8 years of excellent recruiting experience in the private, public, and government sectors. She has recruited high-potential candidates, reduced firm turn-over, and improved business operations. Ms. Phillips, a results-driven Recruiting Professional, also created HR policies and procedures to improve areas of succession planning, performance measurement, and productivity.

Adam Davidson

Adam Davidson, Vice President & Portfolio General Manager

Mr. Davidson’s career has centered on the industrial functions of public relations and human resources. From coordinating all PR for the United Nations in the South Pacific - some 30 years ago, today he directs collaborative efforts for CTEC to improve the performance of US federal agencies and to increasing the human capital of their workforces. For the past 15 years, Mr. Davidson has led sales and marketing for leading human capital management technology and services companies. His clients have included most of the Cabinet level Departments and many large and small Independent Agencies. He has also managed the sales and delivery of permanent and contract recruitment services to the Australian Federal & New South Wales State Governments. Mr. Davidson holds an M.B.A. from Charles Sturt University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Mitchell College.

Cale Harfoush

Cale Harfoush, Project Manager

Cale Harfoush is an instructional designer and project manager with a background in online, mobile, and classroom curriculum. His guiding design aesthetic is simplicity and engagement concentrating on interactive elements, videos, and simulations. He has served private and government clients, including Owens and Minor University, NTIS, DAU, and FEMA. He lives in Arlington with his wife and son.

Daniel Stoll

Daniel Stoll, Project Manager

Mr. Stoll grew up outside of Boulder, Colorado. He proudly served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Nimitz. After an Honorable Discharge he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University. Mr. Stoll started his career as a federal employee with the U.S. Geological Survey in 2000. After 7 years he accepted a contract position with the Department of the Interior, where he was responsible for consolidating all remote access for the enterprise. He holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and daughter.

Srihari Tholasi

Srihari Tholasi, Project Manager

Mr. Tholasi has over 15 years of experience working with PeopleSoft financials at the Federal and University levels, and has served in several roles, including Financial Systems Manager, Functional Consultant and Reporting Consultant. He has worked in implementation, upgrade and support projects, and has onsite and offshore set up experience, including multi-currency.
