Description: The U.S. Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), in coordination with the Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI), has awarded Cybermedia technologies Inc. (CTEC) as a small business prime on the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to support information technology services requirements worldwide. Including option periods, the $12.1 billion contract is expected to be the Army’s preferred IT-related services vehicle and may be utilized by the DoD and other Federal agencies for up to nine years.
The ITES-3S contract is the Army’s preferred source for the purchase of a full range of IT services and solutions which includes but is not limited to the following Task Areas: Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Information Systems Security, Information Assurance, Information Technology Services, (CAD/CAE/CAM), Development, Software/Middleware Development, Enterprise Design Integration and Consolidation, Education/Training, Program/Project Management, Systems Operation and Maintenance and Network Support.

GSA 8(a) STARS II (GS06F0685Z)

Description: 8(a) STARS II allows directed task order awards for orders under $4 Million, including options. Orders more than $4 Million must be competed among the industry partners in your chosen constellation and functional area. GWACs have the same low contract access fee as GSA Schedules. 8(a) STARS II offers fixed price, time and materials, labor hour, and blended task order types, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services and meeting your mission requirements.

Description: CTEC is part of Advanced Alliant Solutions Team (AAST), a joint venture led by Technical and Management Resources,Inc., is a contract holder on the GSA Alliant Small Business Contract. GSA Alliant is a Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), with a 5-year base and one 5-year option - that will provide the Federal Government with integrated Information Technology (IT) solutions.
The Alliant Small Business (SB) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (Alliant SB GWAC) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract to provide information technology solutions through performance of a broad range of services which may include the integration of various technologies critical to the services being acquired. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, facilities and materials necessary to perform on a task order basis. As defined in FAR Part 16, Type of Contracts, all types of Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursement, Incentive, Time-and-Materials (T&M), and Labor-Hour (L-H) are permissible for Orders under the Basic Contract. In addition, the Award Term Incentive may be used for Orders under the Basic Contract.

Description: The National Technical Information Service (NTIS) is authorized to enter into joint ventures pursuant to Section 3704b (a) (1) (A) of Title 15 of the United States Code.
